2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Afrixl. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without their permission.
• Companies must ensure that any representatives using Afrixl on their behalf are authorized to do so.

4. Services Offered

• Job posting and application features
• Profiles for job seekers (handymen and skilled workers)
• Search and filtering tools for employers
• Video interview scheduling
• Reviews and ratings after service completion

5. User Responsibilities

Job Seekers / Handymen:

• Ensure your profile, skills, and certifications are accurate and up to date.
• Fulfill agreed-upon services professionally and ethically.

Employers / Companies / Clients:

• Provide clear job descriptions and expectations.
• Pay agreed compensation on time if payment is part of the job agreement.

Afrixl is not a party to any contracts entered into between users.

6. Payments and Fees

Afrixl may charge fees for premium listings, subscriptions, or other platform services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. You agree to pay all applicable charges in a timely manner.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and Afrixl is not responsible for any issues arising from their services.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass security or misuse data
• Discriminate against users based on race, gender, religion, etc.
• Post or apply for jobs unrelated to handyman or trade services (unless otherwise allowed by Afrixl)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including logos, trademarks, software, and text—is owned by or licensed to Afrixl. You may not use this content without our written permission.

9. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews after a job is completed. Afrixl reserves the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time via your dashboard.

11. Disclaimers

Afrixl does not guarantee job placements or service outcomes. We are not liable for disputes between users (e.g., payment issues, job performance). Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afrixl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to Terms
